The Buddhist say that to be born in a human form is the most precious gift that is given to us and it is usualy given to good karma.
Are you disgusted with the body? Whoever put this physical together was the master of them all for within the body is a remarkable combinations of skin, nerves, blood and on and on. We can't develope our own MINDS with this body and its a great opportunity and a life that can be used to its fullest capacity as it was meant to be used for.
One of the Lamas' said to me about being born an ant or reborn a ant and I thought for a while and I reaize it is only in the physical form that we can do life as it was meant to be.
Don't be bored with your body, use it well and who knows how much magic can be in all of that.
I know I have been in other forms but for myself, I am still glad that I am human. Use it well.

Susan
