Steve, as far as I am concerned, the more questions and discussion, argument and debate the better. I was certainly not referring to your posts below when I made my request for simple good manners and courtesy in our discussions with each other.

Hence the answer to this query is no, because if you don't ask questions, you don't get answers.
My point is that we have to be extra careful when we have a discussion on line, because the visual clues we pick up from each other when we're face to face are missing. So it's easy to misunderstand the other person's tone or degree of seriousness. And not all of us are good enough with words to always make clear our intentions or feelings. That's why flame wars break out. Nearly always it's because of some misunderstanding between people that would never have happened if they'd been having a conversation with each other IRL (in real life).
